Casey Coleman, Tijuana Bull Closer, was chosen as the "Ideal Novena" as the best reliever of the 2019 season of the Mexican Baseball League (LMB). The American was designated by the fans through an online vote called by the LMB. Coleman became the captain of the Tijuana team in the final part of the regular season, working in fourteen games with a 2.03 ERA, with six saves and a 2-1 record in wins and losses. With the designation of the former Chicago Cubs and Kansas City Royals pitcher, the "Novena Ideal" of the LMB was completed and was the only member of Tijuana Bulls in this stellar team.
